Chuck Handelin

Chuck Handelin earned his contractor's license in 1975 after spending 10 years gaining experience in the construction field.  He started his career in 1966 in a Carpentry Apprentice Program.  In 1970, Chuck moved up in his field to Certified Union Journeyman.  In 1973 he was promoted to a position as Commercial Building Superintendent (Tenant Improvements).

Chuck offers clients exactly what they most often desire: an honest, trusting relationship.  His character has brought him far in the business world.  He is level-headed, knowledgeable, and charismatic.

Clients often build a true friendship with Chuck.  This is where Original Construction's success begins.  Referrals are the heart of our business and, because of this, we have never found it necessary to advertise.

Chuck lives in Fairfax with his wife, Carolyn, and their two dogs.  He is a dedicated family-man, with 3 children, 2 step-children, and 2 grand-children.  He is proud to employ many of his family members, including his son, Chuck Handelin Jr., his brother-in-law, Ken Gandre, and his step-daughter, Jennifer Belair.

Chuck enjoys weekend trips to his cabin in Lake Tahoe.  He loves 50's rock-and-roll and is a huge fan of Giant's baseball.  He is always ready to lend a sympathetic ear or helping hand to his friends and family.  Chuck's life is full of happiness and everyone that meets him senses it.
